Scott Osteen’s career was built on a foundation of family business, entrepreneurship, and a willingness to learn through experience. Born and raised in Rockledge, Florida, Scott grew up working alongside his father, William Osteen, at East Coast Lumber in Stuart, Florida. Those early years gave him firsthand exposure to the day to day realities of running a business and taught him the importance of hard work, relationships, customer service, and leadership. Over the years, Scott took those lessons and built his own path as an entrepreneur. Today, he owns multiple Ace Hardware businesses, including Hobe Sound Ace Hardware in Hobe Sound, Florida, Apalachee Ace Hardware in Tallahassee, Florida, and Rock Hill Ace Hardware in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Scott’s entrepreneurial journey eventually expanded into professional motorsports. He is a co owner of Joey Gase Motorsports with Scott Osteen, giving him an inside perspective on the business, competition, and relationships that make NASCAR possible both on and off the track. His career has allowed him to work across different industries while continuing to build businesses, develop relationships, and pursue new opportunities. Those experiences are a major part of what Scott brings to the podcast, where he connects with athletes, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to discuss the careers they have built and the journeys that brought them there.

Family has always been at the center of Scott Osteen’s life and has played an important role in shaping the person and entrepreneur he is today.
Scott was born and raised in Rockledge, Florida, and has spent his entire life in Florida. Growing up in a family business environment, Scott learned early from his father, William Osteen, the importance of hard work, responsibility, and building something that can provide for and bring value to others.
Today, Scott and his wife, Amy Osteen, have two children, Parker and Lindsey. While Scott’s career has taken him into entrepreneurship, business ownership, and NASCAR, his family remains an important part of his life and the foundation behind everything he works to accomplish.
For Scott, success is not defined solely by businesses owned or accomplishments in the professional world. It is also about family, relationships, creating opportunities for the next generation, and building a life that extends beyond the workplace.
That perspective carries into Scott’s conversations with guests.
